The producer Barth is known for its excellent sparkling wines that are produced by hand in traditional bottle fermentation with a lot of love. You sense the Riesling directly in this sparkling wine. It makes it powerfully aromatic and fruity. Lime, orange and apple stand out. On top comes the body of the sparkling wine and fine brioche aromas from the bottle fermentation.
