With his bubbly freshness the Cava elevades any dish. Apples, nectarines and aromas of orange zest combine nicely with a mild nutty flavour which stems from the autolysis of the yeast after the fermentation in the bottle ends. Fresh, yummy and elegant! And if you aren’t up for a food pairing the El Monje is obviously also an amazing aperitif!
