This one is a great example of the variety Pinotage! It is a medium bodied wine that combines dark fruit aromas of dark cherries and plums with the typical tastes of this variety – green bell pepper and smoke. Although it is not a heavy wine it goes very well with savoury dishes and especially grilled food. It is a classical companion for the south african barbecue – Braai.
